Carry cot inserts

Can you buy insert for any buggy? I am thinking of going with a double like Dionnes TXS (i think) but would like to be able to carry baby out at the door and doubles will not get into my house. xxxx

ooohhhh lozzi linked me to a really good one the other day, you could put little travels cot things into it!! looked fab! i cant remember the link though, maybe you could pm her?
