Jax was 8 months on Sunday. He is still in his first rear facing car seat. Only problem is for about 4 weeks now, he has been kicking and pushing his feet against the back of the seat in the car and tipping his car seat up so that by the time I get to my destination, it is totally upright, he is hanging forward and the only thing holding him in is the harness. Sometimes he has fallen asleep like this and his poor head and neck has been hanging forward and lolling around
So, do you think it would be safer to move him up to the next chair (forward facing) now? He is a chunky baby so I'm pretty such he'll be there weight wise. We live in Guernsey in the Channel Islands and the speed limit here is 35mph so we're not driving really fast.
