Can't believe this is happening again :(

I'm 6+3 today and have started spotting. Have been referred to my local EPU for a scan on Tuesday but the dr did another test and it was really faint where as last week on my frer the test line was darker than the control line. He told me it might mean nothing but I know it does and it's all over again, just got to have the scan to confirm it. Really hoped this was our rainbow. Really starting to lose hope that we will ever have a baby.

The bleeding could mean anything

As for pregnancy tests, I was getting positive and negrtavrs on same bath of test sticks ..

Oh honey I'm sorry. Have you called your epu? Could it just be you're having a period? Many women do and baby is fine?

They don't accept self referrals at my epu but I'm booked in there on Tuesday, I'm just really not feeling hopeful x

hi lucy please dont give up hope. i had two pregnancies where it was all over by 7 weeks but have since gone on to have a little boy and now 12 weeks gone with another. just bad luck apparantly. I know that probably wont help much with your loss and grief right now, but it doesnt mean necessarily that you will never have a baby. If anything it proves you CAN get pregnant.

Thanks both for thinking of me, the bleedings got heavier and had a lot of cramping today so definitely not looking good, Tuesday will just confirm it. I went to A&E fri because couldn't get a gp appointment but they still couldn't get me in at EPU until tues, think my local Hospital/epu must be hopeless!

Oh Hun I'm sorry. I went to a&e when I miscarried as I had no midwife and my Out of hour go said that's all we could do (it was a Saturday and no doctors were at my surgery) They couldn't get me in to the epu either but they did get an ultrasound and check me. It wasn't the answer I wanted, it had purged completely, but at least I knew what was happening x

Thanks everyone, scan confirmed I've had another miscarriage and pregnancy test is back to negative already. The epu gave me a letter to take to my gp to be referred for tests though so fingers crossed my gp will send the referral letter and can get some tests done xx
