can you see a pic message online?

My iphone got stolen but i had a replacement sim sent to me that i put into a really crappy alcatel phone.
a friend just sent me a pic message but when i try and download it is says 'gprs not subscribed'. is there anyway to see the pic online?

If you log in to your mobile bill online you should be able to see it hun xx
