Can you help?

Guys i dont know weither anyone can help me but my hands especially accross my knuckles really seem to be stiff (sort of) and feels very much like i cant bend my fingers back straight this happens to me a fair bit on and off any ideas as to what it could be???

Well, not sure what it could be apart from the start of arthritis. Take cod liver oil and Glucosamine sulphate to help. You can get it at the supermarket x

strange u shud put that cos ive bn gettin like really sor efingers n feet, its like wen u 1st wake up n cant clench ur fist thats the only way i can really describe it, is yours the same?

Yes its very similar and is only in my right hand at the moment.

hes not usually there wen i 1st wake up he does nightshift and usually gets in wen me n chloe r just up!! lol nah i clench wen im brushin hair etc

I had carprel tunnel syndrome during and after pregnancy-sheer hell. I couldn't bend my fingers at all in the morning it felt like arthritis! Hell. Hope u r ok hun, mines eventually subsided but it was a struggle even changing a nappy!

what can it prevent you doin etc? just im off work sick at the mo and was planning to go back 4 a couple of weeks(i work on checkouts in a very busy tesco)do u think it would just be advisable 2 stay off its bn ok at the mo, bu tseems 2 be rapidly gettin worse each day!! have 2 go 2 hosp 4 splints 4 both hands good ain!!!

I have been so stiff since I had Isaac. My hands and feet are always numb and stiff in the morning and I literally hobble across the hallway to Isaac's room every morning. I feel about 90 first thing lol

I'm sure mine is a mixture of old age (I was 32 in june) and permanent damage from the positions I got myself into trying to push Isaac out!

to see specialist, cant go on buying new dishes!! well is an excuse not 2 wash them mind u seen as half end up on the floor
