Can someone please help

with my avatar? i cant seem to get it the right size to put on here, i have resized it in photobucket but its still too big???
i have done it to avatar size but it still wont work, i am getting really frustrated with it! i have tried about 4 or 5 times but it still wont work, its probably something simple but i am blonde and it wont work!!!!!!!
