Can I give pineapple?

I drink pineapple juice daily as there has been reasearch done which suggests it can reduce inflammation - I take it for my arthritis and to be honest I think its good. I've been wondering if I can give Rowan fresh pineapple in his baby safe feeder as this might help him with teething. I've looked online and cant find anything concrete one way or the other. What do you think, I have a pineapple ripening on the windowsill and I'd love to try him.

im not sure, but this came up on a few different sites:

Certain foods make reflux worse. Avoid whole milk, chocolate milk, tomatoes, and citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruit and pineapple

am i right in thinking Rowan has reflux?

unless someone has a definate answer, i would check with my HV first. all babies are different. you may find it helps.

I've given Thea frozen pineapple in her feeder for her teeth and she loved it but im not sure about babies who have reflux.
