Noah's got his jabs on 11th april (he'll be nearly 9 weeks at this point). My mum told me that they might make him get a fever and feel generally unwell so to get some infant Calpol in. I went to Boots today and had a look at the 2 months+ one.

Yes Noah will be 2 months old then, but his adjusted age is 1 month before that, so is he ok to have it, or do I go by his adjusted age, or does it come down to his weight at that point?
Not sure whether to get some or not. Don't want to be drugging my baby!!

I'm sure u have to go by their adjusted age.

Got this from calpol website:

* CALPOL® Infant Suspension contains Paracetamol, can be used in infants from 2 months old (weighing over 4kg and not premature).

Hi Alyssia was 3 weeks early and we gave her calpol at the weekend the hospital said it was ok to do so and shes been fine! X

Saw health visitor yesterday and asked her, she said it should be fine because he's gained weight as he should be :)

This worried me too, Hv said he could have had it but try to only give it to him if needed. Luckily Kynon didn't get a fever with his 2 month jabs so i didn't give it to him in the end.
