I use the 'foodfocus' web site and it tells you how many calories you should be eating for your size and activity level. It works all your calories out for you and also your fat, protein and carbs. I'd be lost without it!
I used to think counting calories was just pointless, but now iv started counting calories iv realised why iv put weight on. Just couting how many i eat/drink has made me feel better and lose a bit of weight.
Some foods which i thought were ok are just filled with calories! just one thing that springs to mind is pepsi, 1 can sometimes has over 100 calories and some have just 1 i cant even taste the difference!
