Callum has his first cold.
Little snuffy nose

Ive just been cuddling him all day


But i think hes given it to me.
Ive started to get a snuffy nose now.
Usually i use Olbas Oil to unblock my nose.
Im guessing i cant with having Callum around as its a bit strong?

i think its ok, i think its rubbish tho! sudafed is the king of decongestants! the spray i mean the pills are rubbish. idk if u can use it while BFing tho

you get a babies version hun, i used it when aiden had a cold and it really helped. i just put it on a muslin and kept it near him, think its called karvol??

it's awful hearing them all blocked up xxx

They do a babies Olbas Oil. Hope you are both feeling better soon

You can actually buy baby olbas oil. Ive been using it for Luke. I just put a few drops on a tissue or muslin and tie it round the top of his cot (above him) and it seems to work. Karvol does the same and Snufflebabe is good to rub on his chest and throat too
