It shouldn't be any longer than 4 weeks hun, each campaign lasts 3 weeks and then the delivery is a week after the order goes in, but unless they put the books out right at the start, I can't see it actually taking that long really! Was it defo the same person? It's a bit weird that they left another without delivering!

Definitely shouldn't be taking that long. And if they were calling to deliver when you're not in they should leave a card saying to contact them. You might just have to put it down to having a shite rep or wait for the next book to come through and then contact them.
This may be a really stupid question but was your address filled in correctly on the order form so they know who it's for? On,y ask cos my friend once forgot to fill that bit in lol
