Calcough reaction?

I have just given Zac some Calcough and he dribbled a bit on his chin, it has now gone all red! He seems fine though. Anyone else had this?

Not seen this with my boys - I'd be temped to ask a GP what they think as it could be an allergy and might affect what he is prescribed in the future. Sure it's nothing to worry about but would check just to be sure hon x x

It has gone back to normal now, won't give him that medicine again x
