C-section scar pains

Hi all, all yesterday and today my scar from my c-sections (had 3) is stinging and achy (sharp kind of stabbing) , wondering if anyone else had this this early on? last time I got this was in the last trimester , last child 8 years ago!

I am wondering if it's gone and stuck itself to the scarred bit instead of a nice soft bit of the uterus , (must be a boy to be that divvy!)

I had that ever so slightly at about 8/9 weeks, Ive just had the one previous section. MW said that mine was due to surgical adhesions (SP?) where basically as you heal internally some bits of tissue can sort of stick together. Nice huh! As your uterus grows these adhesions can pull and tear slightlly to make room. Dont think its anything to worry about but would check with your MW anyway as they may want to write it up in your notes. I only had discomfort for maybe 5 days.

I have had some stinging sort of pain one the one side of my scar, my consultant said that scar tissue doesnt stretch and move like other tissue that is expanding ie. your womb.

I'd check wiv midwife to b sure. I'm not as far on as u but only noticed my scar itchin up to now :/ x

thanks girls , if still a problem in 3 weeks time I will mention to midwife (you can't book in till 10 weekms plus here) , it's all prob really dusty and rusty down there since my kids all those years ago X

My scar just gets itchy every now and again

I'm 21 weeks now and still have pain on and off some times feels like sharp or burning cutting inside I'm going to ask the consultant today after my appointment x
