Bump is getting hard?

Has anyone else noticed their bump getting a bit hard...

I sometimes just investigate it and prod it and it feels very very firm, not like a rock or anything urm kinda like an orange??

Yeah!! Mine is like I've just done 500 crunches! (without the toning )

It's rock hard and when I try to breathe in, it looks even bigger coz I'm breathing in the bits where baby isn't lol! x

i was feeling mine today (it was a boring meeting) and i can tell where the baby stops cos it goes soft and spongy.

I was moaning I had a rock hard bump the other day and OH reminded me that it was when I had my first too, something clearly I had forgotten

mine is totally the same, really firm and i can feel all round the uterus, then where it finishes, its normal again.

Im forever prodding the bump! Every night I feel where babbys to and the other morning i had my hand there and it must of wiggled away coz it went all soft and hard over the other side its funny! I try and get OH to have a feel of the bump but hes too scared that he will hurt it!

Unfortunately for me i have flab in the way so havent bothered trying!

Although my mum told me yesterday when i went to see her that she didnt show with me at all until about 6 months and she was a bean pole so that might be why!
