BT

Do I have to have a BT basic line to have a land line or is there any other companies out there?
I have had it up to here with BT and wish to quit from them completly but dont want to lose my net, (I currently have no phone line in or out yet this is still working for the mo!)
I have finally got an email from BT this morning with an apology and informing me I am not tied into any contract with them which is good,

soooo er help???!!!

Thats from a quick internet search, i'm sure lots of the broadband providers can offer you a fixed line too but im not 100% sure which ones, might be worth asking your current provider if this is not BT aswell!

I'm with Virgin Media and do NOT have a BT line. I pay £20 for unlimtied calls anytime and net. No extra line rental to BT needed.
