Brown CM

Hi guys,

So this morning when I went to the loo I noticed light brown CM on the tissue when I wiped (sorry if TMI), so I'm wondering if I am having implantation spotting..?

I ovulated on the 19th and dtd on that day too. So it's been 5 days since I ovulated and dtd and now I have a light brown CM. Only noticed it twice today - when I went to the loo the first time and then when I went the next time but have not seen it since.

I know everyone is different and some women have it on and off for a few days and some only have it for one day. I have had slight cramping the last few days, been somewhat constipated the last few days too (sorry TMI again). I'm just wondering what you guys think about this? Obviously I take into consideration everyone is different, but just looking for some opinions I suppose based on anyone else's self-experience?

Just to clarify, I have never spotted before when I have ovulated, so I don't think this is just general ovulation spotting.

Opinions? Possible pregnancy? AF not due until 2nd/3rd May, so will be looking to test around then.

Any help/self-experience would be great ladies!

Hi, I've never spotted in any of my pregnancies so I can't give personal experience but there's nothing worse than seeing that 20 people have viewed a post and none have replied!
From my knowledge of spotting this does sound like it could be it, although it does seem a tad early (I think, could be wrong). Aside from spotting I really don't know what else it could be, although our bodies can sometimes do these weird things. Fingers crossed it is spotting and you'll have your bfp early next month!! X

Near enough every website I have read says 6-12 days after ovulation the implantation spotting occurs. One lady even said she had it on day 5 like me and it lasted only a day and she fell pregnant.

As I say, never ever had brown spotting before after ovulation. Convenient how we are ttc and dtd on day of peak ovulation and now getting symptoms? My fingers are crossed tightly.

I just googled and yes it can come that early, I always thought it was more around when your period would be due. All sounds good then, good luck x

It appears to be different for everyone. Some ladies have said that they got it around when there period was due and so they mistook implantation bleeding for their AF. Other ladies said they got implantation bleeding on DPO5, some DPO6, and some even slightly further along.

This wait is killing me though! My AF is due on 2nd/3rd so will be looking to take a test around then. Back is aching a lot today and had no more brown CM. I'm so anxious as to whether I am pregnant or not... Sigh!!! Was proper moody earlier as well, everything was irritating me - every little thing!!
