Breech???

My MW hasn't been able to tell how my little one is laying due to having an anteria placenta, I'm 31+2, and I'm starting to think he is breech, just from the feelings I'm getting, low down movements and limb feelings top right of my tummy. The main reason for me thinking this is when I had my son he used to get hiccups and I could feel them low down, where as tonight I could feel the same repetitive little feeling, but it was in the top right of my tummy, has anyone had or have a breech baby that they can tell me how it feels?? Xx

I'm currently breech and yes the lumps and bumps appear to be shoulders and elbows. The squirming is much worse now than when I was transverse. Hiccups are much less noticeable though x
