i think that is more possitive than a straight out "NO" - lets hope he is reasonable and you get what you want.

Not all bosses are as bad as people think although im a bit annoyed with mine at the moment as i worked loads of over time back in March and still not got paid for it. If i don't get it in this montsh pay check there might be fireworks here!
