I have just been on the mothercare website looking at maternity clothes...a bit early I know  and was wondering about bra's...

You know the nursing sleep bras, that are like little crop tops...are they ok to wear all the time instead of regular nursing bras?...they look like the most comfiest(sp?) on there !

It really depends upon how much support you are going to need - I needed as much support as I could get as my boobs are quite big and were heavy once my milk came in.
Most of the nursing bras are comfortable though - they tend not to be underwired (although underwired ones are available) and very soft and plyable.
Once you notice your boobs changing shape you should get measured, and try on as many as you need to get comfortable. You should then get measured after week 38 for a nursing bra.

I didn't buy nursing bras til my milk settled.
I bought those vest tops that you can buy for nursing. I found them absolutely fab! They were perfect for discreet feeding especially whilst learning!
Then once i settled i just bought ordinary non wired bras! Although Tesco do nursing bras for £5!!! Best place to go for cheapness and they are so comfortable too!

i bought the crop top nursing bras and found them amazing! i loved them i even wore them in teh day lol

my nursing bras make me feel like a slob so i wear normal ones when out, but they are comfy !

pm me when ur ready for them iv got tons in a variety of colours n sizes that never fit i can send ya :)

I have been very lucky as I have been able to wear the same bras from early pregnancy up to now. They are breastfeeding ones which little hooks by the boobies to enable feeding. Towards the end of my pregnancy I had them really loose and now I make them tighter.

I wear them day and night and prefer them to any breastfeeding tops as I find that the breast pads (as my boobs leak, even still  ) fit better and won't slide off as easily...

I'll get measured at 38 weeks (that was gonna be another question lol) then and get some normal's and some sleepy ones, but them sleepy ones look so comfy...I want one now! hehe!

Oooh thanx magicmarkers

I found the crop top ones great for nightime but needed more support in the day. Dont do what i did though and buy them too early!
