Should you change them once a day? Or when they feel full? I'm not sure x

i did once a day unless they got covered in lansinoh or yukky. if theyre soaked or soggy id change them

I do once a day unless they're full which mine rarely are x

I used to have to change them quite regularly otherwise i got a bit chapped but cud have been the pads I used!!

i just change them at dinner time because the milk just pours from me but some days i wont have to change them before bedtime depends really i found the boot's own better as they are bigger and more comfortable but they cost about £2.60 for a box xx

I had to change them regularly in the early days as you can get thrush. As I don't really leak now I put a new set in, in the morning and before bed unless I to do more often.
