Breast milk to formula

Hi ladies

I was breastfeeding T regularly with only a formula bottle given to him by his dad for bedtime. But since his two front bottom teeth have come through T has pretty much refused to feed from me. I did feel really bad but I've cheered up and started to express.

I had to stop BFing soon as I go back to work at the end of april but just wanted him to have a bit more from me.

My question is would it be better to give him two breast milk bottles a day from what I express with the rest of his feeds being formula and what I have frozen until he is weaned

or

Give him the breast milk until it runs out?

Its a case of a lot of good over a short time or a little of the good stuff over a long time iykwim.

I would be inclined to combi feed for as long as you can, that's what I plan to do with Aaron x
