Hello Girls

Right this may seem a daft question but I havent got a clue lol/

When you refrigerate breast milk, when you need to use it to you need to warm it up before feeding ??

ta xx

I think that its fine to reheat breastmilk. I BF'd for 3 months and did express but the little monkey was having none of it! Anyhow, I remember my mate left her LO with me and left some expressed milk which she told me to warm up for her so I assume its fine. Some babies will take their milk cold anyhow, my Kate has always flatly refused though! She knows what she likes. And what she doesnt! :D

I heat my EBM to about body temperature if it's been in the fridge.

Thats what I used to do too, I put the bottle into a bowl of hot water until the milk had warmed through.
I don't know why I bothered though, Emma would never take a bottle
