Breast milk.. curdled.. urgent question needs answering asap

I have just defrosted some breast milk as we are having a day out today with my son bowling... and do you know when normal milk has gone off, white bits float around, well thats what this has done.. i always freeze the milk straight away and its only 1 week old this milk.. can it go off, is this milk safe to give him, or should i throw it away!

Without seeing it its tough to say but I always found that my milk seperated, and that there would be white fatty bits floating round. Once I shook it it was fine.

i had achey boobs yesterday and millie wasnt hungry so squeezed the excess out into a glass, later i went to wash up it had all separated

Just sounds like its seperated hun, it happens.

Again that is what happens to my milk when it is frozen. Just shake it really well and it is fine. You can keep milk frozen for upto 6 months.
