Breast fed and just become a 'sicky' baby

My breast fed baby has just started being sick regularly ... Doesent really bother him and its just milky but can be quite a while after a feed ... Worrying me that its night happen while he is sleeping

They have a good ability to turn their head and spit up, so I wouldn't worry too much. They also make quite abit of noise when doing it.

My son has been quite sicky but never when he's been fast asleep.

My BF son was soooo sicky (unlike my FF son go figure). Sick at random times including at night but never whilst asleep. They just squeeze it out of their mouths it's the way they're designed. It never made him even choke.
