I have been having BH for weeks now but I was wondering if anyone else has them frequently. Like this morning for example I have been getting strong ones every 3 to 4 minutes for the past hour and a half. Its like that a couple of times a day sometimes every 2 mins.
I read somewhere that if you get more than 4 an hour to contact your midwife (it was an american article though so guidelines might be different here). If I did that though I'd be on the phone about 4 times a day!!!
Is anyone else getting this - I find it quite exhausting by the end of the day. Oooh yeah something else - has anyone else started getting swollen feet and hands since the weather started getting warmer over the past few days??
