Braxton Hick pains in my neck..?

Hello!

I have been having BH on and off for a few weeks now, mainly in my lower back. Over the last few days they seem to be radiating up my spine as far as my neck

Is that normal? Has anyone else experienced this? I am a bit worried my labour contractions might be like this and something like an epidural wouldn't work for my neck. (Yes I am mental )

I've been getting pains in my neck too hun!! Someone posted in tri 3 bout pelvis pains and I said about my neck pain in there as well! I didnt think they could be BH's, i didnt think i'd had any BH's in my tummy yet.

Mine are mega painful and like throbbing pain.

All I can think is that the pressure and the blood flow could possibly cause tension in your neck whilst experiencing BH? I would just check it with your MW, you experience many new sensations with BH and once labour starts, but wise to get it checked if you're concerned, hope its all OK now
