sorry...just gotta let this out before I burst with contained laughter!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm looking after my Nanna tonight... she keeps trumping really loudly and I'm sure she doesn't even know it's her! The best one was like 50 trumpets which escaped when she coughed!!

i know I shouldn't laugh really cos she has alzheimers but if I didn't laugh I'd cry.

Mine too, only mine knows she does it and then says "ooh excuse me, i've got the wind" like we couldn't guess that for ourselves! We do have a laugh about it with her though, shes 88 and she's got the most wicked sense of humour sometimes!
