Boys bits?

Having never had a boy before or really knowing much about their bits I don't know if its normal or not. When Nathan was born his balls just looked normal, now he doesn't even seem to have any When I change his nappy and wipe him with a cold wipe I see a ball pop in and out. I haven't a clue if they should be doing that or not not at his age. Shouldn't they just be there all the time?

They can go back up into their body, But sometimes it happens and it doesnt come back down, in which case they usually just need a little op to get it back down. See GP if you dont think it is right.
