The book I 've got, which imho is brilliant, is the Fertility & Conception book by Dr Karen Trewinnard. Also, the Pregnancy Bible by Anne Deans is a good read and goes from fertility, through the various stages of pregnancy to ante natal care.
I bought the Toni Weschler book when I was TTC first time round and although it was ok it didn't really tell me much that I didn't already know or could find out from the girls on here.
It's all about charting your temps so if you have a look at the FAQ's or ask the stalkers you'll be able to find out as much from there as you could from the book. On the other hand it does make good bedtime reading
