Booked 4D Scan :)

It's not really a big newsflash or anything but I just wanted to share some of my excitement by telling you all that...

Afer months of consideration..

I've booked a 4D scan!

Has anyone else had one? Did yours turn out good? xxx

The 4D scans are fab, a friend of mine had one done & they are just amazing to see your lil bubba move about

Im going to book one for around Feb time - although, tbh, they do freak me out slightly, lol!

But its a long old wait now untill you get to see them again, and I just want to double check it is a girl!

ah good for you - i think they are brill. I had one with my first little girl 4 years ago and just had one before christmas too to find out we are having another little girl!

It is such a nice experience just to sit and watch the baby moving - i would pay just for that half hour of watching on the screen let alone you get the photos afterwards and a dvd etc depending on which package you go for. Most of the companies i know that offer them also invite you back free of charge if the baby doesn't co-operate at all!!

Here are the pics from our most recent scan at which i was 19 weeks. With my first little girls scan i was 29 weeks and you will see how much chubbier the baby is at that point! I will attach the others on a separate reply as i only seem to be able to do 4 at a time... the only worry i had was that one of the photos made it look like her nose was really big and i got a bit worried about that but when she was born her nose was nothing like this photo... you need to remember they are reproduced images via 4-d/ultrasound/movement and not actual photos!!!!

Treeze your photos are AMAAAAZING and really really clear - you obviously have very well behaved babies
It's amazing how much difference there is in just 10 weeks and you're totally right, that you can see how much chubbier the second lot of photos (first child) is

I will be 27 weeks exactly when I have mine and am just praying that baby behaves!
You were saying about the DVD and stuff - I was really lucky.. The place I'm going to charges £95 for a 20 minute scan, which includes a DVD of the whole thing and 2 free photos

So excited now I've seen your picss!

It's so exciting! Mine is booked for the 5th of Feb hope baby behaves because it didn't at the 20 wk scan lol.

I had a 4d scan on the 21st december, best £95 Ive ever spent. I was 30+2 when i had it done though. You will love it hun. Where are you going for it?

ahw brill... i'm sure baby will behave... with this last scan mine messed about a bit and kept hiding behind the placenta and also didn't stop moving the whole time but the lady still managed to get good pics. Oh i'm excited for you - they are just the best... hope it is a brilliant experience for you x x x
