Booby Milk Now???

I was sitting 5 mins ago and looked down at my top (well my pyjama top Im being lazy, I work all week!!) and it had a wet patch on it. Lifted top up and squeezed my boob-as you do and milk started to leak out my nipple. Is this normal? Rebecca is now 4.5 months, I thot it should have dried up?

When i was feeding her myself I was lucky in the sense that I could express 7 oz at a time when she was first born, I was a bit like a cow! HV told me I was over expressing! Stopped bf her at 3 weeks old

Any help would be apprecited....

it takes a while for your breasts to stop producing milk, some women can still get some out a year after they stopped so its normal

omg imagine that happened during a meeting at work! I didn't know it was up to a year----what a waste of milk!
