Can anyone recommend a book on BLW?

i think the book is by gail rapley, a few of the girls have said it was good.

I've been recommended the Gill Rapley one - I got the cookbook today which has an explaination of BLW in and I'm borrowing the main book from someone at one of the groups I go to x
