blood

So iv just been to the loo and had a tiny bit of blood when i wiped. There wasnt even enough for there to be more when i wiped again to check. There was no mucus stuff . Has anyone else had this? Im 37 weeks 2moro. Iv bn really sick the last two days so i know iv not been takin in enough food and water as its always just came back up but iv managed dinner tonight and a gd few glasses of juice. Could this be something to do with it?

I had the tiniest spots of blood on the tissue at 38 weeks mentioned it to midwife and she said to keep an eye incase it got heavier but by 39 weeks i had my baby x
