Blood test. How long does it take?

I'm getting mixed results on varying urine tests that I've done. (2 positive and 5 negative!!!)

I'm now 13 days late and am considering a visit to the Doctor. When I go does he do it there and then? Do I have to wait for the results? How long do I have to wait?
