I went for my 6 month check up yesterday and the Doctor was called after my blood pressure was taken! It was 111 over 91, so a bit off! She explained that they have medication for high blood pressure that's compatible with pregnancy but if they lower mine, the upper number will be way too low (it's low already)! So now I have to go back in 3 weeks for another scan to make sure it's not going to effect the baby or restrict it's growth!
I don't use salt in my cooking, we have take aways or eat out very occasionally, I excercise! I don't think there is anything else I can do but fingers crossed that all will be well in the next scan?!
