Hello,
I am 6 wks pregnant, according to the docs calculation. I had one bad experience couple of years ago that ended up in loss :( but i am trying not to think about that right now, although it is very hard. I am praying this will be a completely different experience.
I just wanted to ask if anyone has felt bloated, but it's gassy bloating, not the water retention. I'm pretty sure of that cause i burp soo much  lol and get wind too, although the burping is much worse LOL Plus the feeling is worse in my upper stomach. It feels very uncomfortable, it can make the breathing feel restricted. And i get like an indigestion feeling especially at night with no relief from anything lol Anyone?
Thank you girls :D

Hi Congratulations :cheer:
Bloating is very common in pregnancy as is wind, it made feel very uncomfortable, mine probably went about 8 weeks but occcasionally comes back, I still have plenty of wind though  Just due to all your hormones changing :D

Its all really common in the first Tri, and then goes off a little in early Tri 2 - all that said, heartburn, constipation and wind have just come back for me, with total avengence (much worse than in Tri 1)........oh the joys of pregnancy!

Yeah wind/heartburn/indigestion is one of those lovely pregnancy symptoms!!! Id say your more than normal lol

Thank you, girls...  I admire you all, you are taking all of it in such a good spirit! Focusing on a good to come i guess... I feel like such a coward myself, probably coz i have bad health anxiety as well  I have been sitting in the house for the past 2 days just feeling worried and scared. Today i decided it's time to try and go out a bit, maybe make myself realise i am not ill or disabled now, just pregnant
But as we were walking, i started feeling out of breath, because of the bloating, by the time we got to tesco where we were going i was in a panic mode- can't breathe, can't breathe!!! :wall: I just couldn't stop thinking if i feel so bad now with the bloating, how is it going to feel when i get huge and what if i get bloating on top of that
Thanks for listening to my moaning... It is just that this was a surprise for us, i was bad with anxiety and depression all throughout this summer and it was still bad last week when i did the test. So I am more scared then i probably would normally be. My OH is very happy though and he is very caring too, but i am myself terrified.

I promise you it all gets much more relaxed in Tri 2 and you dont worry as much!

By that point you have had every ache and pain going and learn to live with them much better!

Im asthmatic and my breathing has been affected badly during the last few weeks, however I refuse to give up and am still walking my dog 2-3 miles a day, albeit with my inhaler in my pocket.

I also went to Cyprus on holiday in 2nd Tri - someone said to me at the beginning of my pregnancy that pregnant women are not made of glass, and the thought has stayed with me!

Keep smiling hun and enjoy the whole experience
