hmm... never heard of it, just had a quick look now and it might be worth it, not sure id like to pay £2.99 incase it doesnt work, lol

is there any other hpynobirthing ones?

That's the only 1 I could find,am just interested in the breathin techniques cos we don't have antenatal classes in my area and I remember last time gettin quite panicy wiv my breathin. I only had gas and air wiv my 2nd so I know I can cope wiv the pain xx
