bleeding again

3rd time lucky right lol
im not worried so far, baby is kicking occasionally and hb and kicks on doppler were fine. its light and only on wipeing and no cramping. dont wanna bother the delivery unit as last time i had to go and get checked out and it was pretty much for no reason. all was well, cervix tight n normal and no infections etc. small amount of ketones in urine due to not having eaten yet that day. im gonna keep an eye on it and hope it stops like it has the other times.
was just wondering if anyone else has had anything similar or had reasons given for it?

When my mum had bleeding with my sister she was told that the weight of baby can sometimes break the tiny blood vessels in the foof. Dunno how true it is but it does make sense in a way xxxxxxxx

yeah, im pretty much thinking that its when baby has a growth spurt my uterus and stuff bleeds when it has to stretch, just a little like but thats all i can think. it is odd that its always been on a thursday too lol. college day. do ya think Alyssa dosent like college lol

I had some spotting and they told me I have an ulcerated cervix - which is not as bad as it sounds - basically when you're pregnant some areas are thinner than others and can be easily irritated and then bleed - did you get an internal the last time you went in?

had bleeding with DS1 off and on all the way through, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot with clots. Nobody gave (or cared enough to give) me a reason why, probably because I was 17.

It wasn't until I randomly took an aspirin during this pregnancy and immediately started spotting that I realised the reason I bled all the way through last time was because the sods had put me on aspirin 1 a day for the duration.

yeah i did, they said my cervix was fine and tightly closed and they couldnt see any reason for bleeding or any blood since it had stopped hours previous. if i was crampin or had clots or heavy bleeding id be worried but after having this same kind of thing twice now im not so scared about it now. just find it odd that there dont seem to be any triggers other than it being thursday... maybe its growth spurt combined with extra walking cos its my college day. last time i went the loo it was just slight pink on wiping so its stopping now. if its still there tomorrow i'll give them a ring at the hosp.

its stopped last night and i feel fine today, bit tired and oh so full to bursting, babys quiet but still kicking often enough that im not concerned, just not as energetically kicking as often as usual. im so convinced its just a growth thing cos im feeling stretched to capacity again and its the same feeling as last time lol. went out and bought nearly 50 quids worth of wool today for blanket making oer mat leave and may try my hand at a bit of knitting too lol.

yeah, my tum looks bigger to me too now lol. just thought id have a few more weeks in between growth times really, only seems like i had a week since the last one lol
