Many many times!!
Once did a number 2 in a field - I was driving to visit family and stopped at a petrol station but the loos were absolutely rank, I decided to carry on but halfway down a dual carriageway I had to stop or I would have messed myself
- Thankfully there was a bank up to a field so I ran up there did my business and then drove off.... 
EDIT - that was a reply to the pee in a field question
