Thanku all for your congratulations, and support over the last few weeks...you all helped while away those hours of waiting...when i'd run out of ideas of things to make

my home birth story its very long and is now posted....we have the birth on video and will pop a link to it when i get it online. I will also get round to doing the photos...but i have been sat here long enough for one day.....my pelvis is worse with the spd than before.... ho hum .....i can't complain as the rest of me feels like i haven't even had a baby...not a graze...

Did you use the Arnica beforehand or after? I was just talking about it to Matt yesterday and wondered if it is something I should get? Would you recommend it and can you explain what exactly you do with it... please
