Well hubby is 28, and he said he thinks he had a midlife crisis...
Hubby has always loved motorbikes, but he got rid of his before he met me and he was alway on about getting another - and last year i agrees he could get one for a max of £1500 - well he eventually saw an offer at a local motorbike dealer - for a suzuki sv650 for 4999 - so He decided he was getting one of those coz it was 0% fiance... i wasn't too happy .. as it was alot of money adding and extra 150 a month to our outgoings - at this point i was 7 months preg - and i said thanks i won't be able t go out on it now, as i didn't feel i could go out on it once baby was here - it so easy to get wiped out on a bike by other idiots. I wasn't too happy but never really got a say - once he see something or gets an idea then he ets it.
Well a yr later the bike has a grand total of 250 miles total on the clock - not even run in properly - and we have decided to get a bigger boat - so i said to Tom you really have to consider whether the bike is needed as it only benefits you and no one else, and its not getting used - tax and inxurance for only afew hundres miles is expensive.
We remortaged in the spring so at least that has cleared some depts but now we are selling the bike - no body has shown any interest at all - so we've lost money on the bike and wasted money on insurance ect!!
I just wish he had stuck to the 1500 then it would n't have been so bad!!
Any one wanna bike!!!
