BFP on ovulation tests?

Hiya! ok this will probably make you laugh but i keep reading that ovulation tests can detect pregnancy early during the lutheal phase. I must be 7 or 8 DPO (if i have ovulated that is ) and this morning as soon as i was up i tested with an ovulation stick. I used it with the first urine which is not recommended if testing for ovulation and i got a faint line after 10 mn. What do you think that means? these tests have given me a hard time with my ovulation so i should probably throw them away and get some decent ones but seeing that faint line has given me hope and i am already thinking of taking another one tomorrow

I dont have any particular symptoms except extreme tiredness and some pain in my lower back but i get these every month

I have no idea about this but if they've been a bit rubbish before I wouldn't trust tha=em that much. If you think you're pregnant try a pregnancy one to be sure.

Does it say to disreguard faint lines after a certain time??
