Best time to POAS

I have just started using OPK's for this cycle to track ov and wondered when is the best time of day to use them. I heard FMU wont detect the surge. I am using the IC OPK's if that helps. Thanks

I've read between 2-4pm but I know some do two a day at lunch time then evening. I've only been using opks 1 month and I tested around 4pm each day and had very good positives. Hth xx
