Best time to exercise

Is it best an hour after eaten or exercise before having breakfast in the morning??? I want to do a workout dvd
 
after coz if you eat sumat you will have mor energy to workout:)
 
Yeah I'd wait an hour after eating.
Not that I ever do any exercise, you understand :lol:
 
my trainer said for optimum weight loss first thing in the morning before you eat is best, and drinking a coffee beforehand will increase your metabolism, probaly not heathy or sustained...but this was for a quick weight loss pre-wedding! used to be in the gym at 7.15 :shock:
 
I think I'd say when ever works best for you, a time you can easily stick to and get into the routine of doing it. If you opt for after breakfast leave it an hour (so you don't get a stitch etc) and you might find you'll want a snack, an apple etc, afterwards anyway. I used to be in the gym at 8am and have breakfast around 9.30am when I got home.
