he can claim working tax, you can claim child tax and child benefit if he is working enough hours for working tax etc x

Oooh thankyou! How do you go about doing it? Is there any way of finding out how much we would be entitled to?

you can actually claim working tax now if he is over 25 my partner is 31 so once he gains a job we will be applying for it, i think you should look on the direct gov website that should tell you how to apply and that x

depending on how many hours he works and that he could get a top up of working tax x

If you google tax credits one of the first results is a link called how much will I get or something along them lines. You put details of earnings etc and it gives you a good idea of what you will get xx
