Belly shrunk...

Today and yesterday I experienced the BH contractions. They feel like mild period cramps + back hurts a bit. Never experienced backpain before during my pregnancy. Anyways, the contractions did wake me up a couple of times in the night. Today, I woke up with the same mild period cramps and noticed my belly looking smaller than normal. I cannot feel him under my breasts anymore.

Also, I keep feeling a bit wet down there. I don't know if I'm imagining all of this, but don't know what to do either (I'm a FTM). Baby boy was heads down since 29 weeks (his head is free tho). I don't feel pressure down there either. My midwife appointment is next week, ulg.

might be an idea to check you're not leaking fluid- better safe than sorry- but could also be the 'lightening' when baby drops leaving you a bit more space to breathe.

Yeah get checked it just in case... my bump grows and shrinks all the time though! Sometimes I'm huge and sometimes it doesn't even look like I'm pregnant

It sounds like he has probably just moved down a bit but if you are worried about the possibility of losing fluid it's a good idea to get checked.
