Belly Rumbling?

My LO's belly constantly rumbles, does this mean he's constantly hungry? I am EBF on demand and he doesn't seem hungry all the time but when he feeds he can be really desperate! He isn't all that windy and gets rid of any wind quite easily.

Anyone any ideas?

I think it's just their tummies settling? Cathy does the desperate thing too although I am feeding on demand I think she goes from nothing to STARVING in about a second!! Xx
