had a check up on saturday...little monkey had lost 12oz well more than the 10% he should have so ended up going back in.........im not breast feeding now as im not making enough....hes a different baby on formula. has anyone else had this??

Hannah lost 19oz she went from 10lb 4oz down to 9lb 1oz in 6 days she still does not gain alot of weight but is gaining steadily, not brill at feeding but must be getting what she needs and no one seems to concearned so try not to worry
Callum lost 2lbs in his first three weeks in SCBU. Luckily we were still in hospital from the birth when it was first picked up, but it took them 3 weeks to find a milk he could digest. We went from breastfeeding, normal formula, soya formula and finally pregestimil. It only took him a week to get back to his birthweight once he started on the pregestimil.
He'll soon pick up now he's on the special milk. Is it pregestimil? if so, best of luck with the nappies
