Bbt help

I don't usually chart my bbt but have started the last 3 days I am currently 8dpo I tend to toss and turn alot and get up to the bathroom twice will this affect the results accuracy.last night I had to get up 4 times to urinate which was very excessive even for me but will this have thrown out my bbt

I get up tons in the night and have been temping for ages. It shouldn't make a huge difference to the overall pattern to be honest. You'll just have to look at the pattern at the end of the cycle. I can usually see a clear luteal phase in mine.
