BBT Charting Help

Hi ladies,

This is my first month charting my BBT after a MC and my first two temps were at random times as I didn’t know you needed to be consistent with times but since then I’ve been consistent.

I’ve come to the conclusion I’ve not ovulated this month after my MC, which is sometimes the case unfortunately. I was just wondering if people could show me:

1. A BBT chart where you’ve had a BFP
2. A BBT chart where you’ve had a BFN
3. A BBT chart after a MC

just so I know what to expect from all of them. Thank you

I've got both a BFP and a bfn chart from several years ago when I was ttc. I wasn't charting at the time of either of my mmc or mc, but if I get a bfn this month I'll be able to show you this months too. Although I miss a lot of temps before ov, however so far you can see the increase passed ov & positive opks.

Thanks Baby3 that’s teally helpful! It definitely seems comparing my chart to both of yours that I’ve not ovulated this cycle can’t wait for AF to come so I can get on with my next cycle now...

I’ve attached screenshots of my chart with a bfp, the one after my mc and a bfn one in that order.

Don't have any charts to share, but yes it can take a few months for your body to get back to normal hormonally. There is still a good chance you'll ovulate next cycle. You basically want a consistent rise in temp in the luteal phase - that shows you've ovulated.

Sunflower, yes I’m really hoping I’ll ovulate next month. I’m really disappointed this month because it was an early MC so I thought my body would get back to normal quicker but it seems not. Just eager to get started again because the MC made us both realise how much we want a baby...
